ABOUT CHERRY VALENTINE

Small batch clothing made by a slightly reclusive Autistic/ADHD woman and her two chihuahuas.

Cherry Valentine was founded in 2025 by Southern California designer and artist Alexandra Roccamo. Al brings over 18 years of experience in fashion and vintage.

After six years of selling at flea markets almost every weekend, she decided to take the plunge and focus fully on building her clothing brand.

Cherry Valentine started as a way to make the kind of clothes she wanted to wear but could never find in stores.

How the clothes are made

Most garments start as thrifted or secondhand pieces that are washed, repaired, and reworked into something new.

Each upcycled item is unique and printed by hand, so once it sells it is usually gone for good. The only exceptions are my ribbed tanks, undies, and accessories. No used underwear here, don’t worry. <3

Everything is designed, printed, and packed by hand, usually by her, but sometimes her friend Leah jumps in when things get busy.

Inspiration

Cherry Valentine focuses on inclusive sizing, especially plus sizes. As someone who has been plus size her whole life, she knows how hard it can be to find something decent, trendy, and that does not have a freaking cold shoulder.

Thank you to everyone who has supported this weird little brand.
